So, You Have Fiber to Process...
At the MM Fiber Mill, our goal is to provide you with a quality finished product that you'll be happy using or proud to sell.
As a producer, you may know exactly what you want. If so, we'll ask a few questions and do our best to meet your specifications.
Perhaps you are new to the possibilities of fiber processing, we're here to help.
Steps for scheduling fiber for processing:
Review our PRICING page to understand our price structure.
Schedule your processing by emailing info@mmfibermill.com with estimated weight, fiber type(alpaca huacaya or suri, mohair, pygora, yak, shetland, merino, etc...) and how you'd like it processed(batts, roving, yarn or felted) for each batch.
We will reply to your email with a reservation date on when your fiber should be shipped to the mill.
Print FIBER PROCESSING FORM to include with your shipment. Please make sure that each batch is either clearly marked or contains it's own section of the fiber processing form.
When packing fiber for transport, only pack in clear plastic bags.
Ship or bring your fiber to the Mill the week of your reservation date.
